Welcome to Fall 2025 Rec Soccer!

As our season gets underway, we want to remind everyone of an important principle: players can only succeed when parents cheer, coaches guide, and kids play.

Sideline coaching—even when well-intentioned—creates confusion, adds pressure, and takes away a player’s chance to think for themselves. Too many voices can overwhelm kids, reduce their enjoyment, and undermine the coach’s role.

What we ask:

• Parents: Please support with encouragement only—cheer effort and celebrate progress, but avoid giving instructions.

• Coaches: Keep in-game direction simple and unified so players stay focused and confident.
